LESS WORK BETWEEN THE WORK

Your tools hold the context.
Your team needs the answer.

Skip the tab-hopping and the “can someone catch me up?” Ask where the conversation already happens.

@Ashoon What’s blocking the billing release?

Two things need attention before we ship.

  • The migration review is still open in Jira.
  • The rollback checklist needs an owner.

Help that moves
work forward.

Turn context into a draft or a proposed action. Review the exact content and destination before approving supported writes.

BUILT FOR THE QUESTIONS THAT SLOW TEAMS DOWN

Everyone has
a “quick question.”

Give them a better place to start.

ENGINEERING

“What’s the status
of the release?”

Bring together tickets, code context, and release notes before the next standup.

OPERATIONS

“What’s our process
for this?”

Find the current policy, supporting source, and next step without interrupting a teammate.

CUSTOMER TEAMS

“What do we know
about this issue?”

Connect support context with the relevant documentation and engineering work.

BRING YOUR TOOLS. KEEP YOUR WORKFLOW.

The context you need
is already there.

Connect the systems your team uses. Choose what Ashoon can access, test each connection, and turn sources on as you’re ready.

Connector availability depends on your deployment, source permissions, and configuration. Reviewed documents are also supported; personal mail is an optional, separately connected capability.

USEFUL ISN’T ENOUGH. IT HAS TO BE TRUSTWORTHY.

The right answer.
For the
right audience.

Company knowledge has boundaries.
Ashoon treats them as part of the job.

Start with control
01

Access rules come with the answer.

Source access is checked for the person asking and the people who will see the response. Private context stays in the appropriate conversation.

02

Sources you can actually follow.

Citations, versions, and checked times help you see where the answer came from. When something can’t be verified, Ashoon can withhold it or hand it off.

03

Real control for your admins.

Manage connectors, approved channels, members, projects, retention, and audit activity. Disable a connector when you need to stop new calls.

04

Actions stay accountable.

Supported writes require approval. Scoped identities, task history, budgets, and audit records make the work inspectable.

START SMALL. MAKE IT YOURS.

Your first useful answer
starts with your workspace.

  1. 01

    Add Ashoon to Slack.

A workspace admin installs the app and opens the private admin console.

  2. 02

    Connect a few trusted sources.

Test connections, set access, and approve the channels where Ashoon can answer.

  3. 03

    Ask a real question.

DM Ashoon or mention it in an approved channel. Check the sources and follow up.

GOOD QUESTIONS.

A little context
before you start.

How do I talk to Ashoon?+

Send a direct message to Ashoon in Slack, or mention it in a channel your admin has approved. Follow-ups stay in the conversation. Send “help” to discover commands and “admin” to request a private admin link if you are an admin.

Can everyone see the same answer?+

Not necessarily. Ashoon checks access for the requester and the destination audience. An answer in a channel must be suitable for the people who can read it; fuller private context can be delivered in a DM when allowed.

Can Ashoon change things in our tools?+

Supported actions can be proposed for human approval. Availability depends on the connector, its permissions, and your admin configuration. Scheduled documents have explicit owners, readers, and configured write destinations.

Do we need to connect every tool?+

No. Start with the sources that matter to your team. An admin configures and tests each connection, enables it when ready, and can disable it later.

What about personal email?+

Personal mail is optional and requires the user’s own connection and an enabled provider. It is kept separate from company service identities and is used in the user’s private conversation.

How can we evaluate it?+

Start with a scoped workspace rollout: a few trusted sources, approved channels, and real questions your team already asks. Confirm access behavior, answer quality, and supported workflows with your own systems before expanding.
