AN EXAMPLE CREDIT PACKAGE

10,000 credits.
An illustrative $100 package.

An illustrative package is 10,000 credits for $100, before applicable taxes. Credits are shared across your company; they are not assigned to individual seats.

A short question can use fewer credits than a long, multi-source brief. Usage depends on the selected model and the amount of work involved. One credit is not one token or one answer.

This is an example, not a purchasable plan. Package sizes, task credit rates, payment cadence, expiry or rollover, refunds and usage limits will be confirmed before payment.

How will we know what a task uses?

The planned usage view will report credits used by completed work. Your workspace admin will manage the company allowance and spending controls. We will disclose task credit rates and how failed requests are handled before paid usage begins.

Automatic usage charging and online top-ups are not enabled yet. No payment is collected on this website.

Can we buy credits now?

Online purchases and automatic usage charging are not live yet. Coordinate your initial allowance with your rollout contact. Installing the app does not initiate payment.

Where do we see the balance?

Signed-in workspace admins can see Company credits on their Ashoon dashboard. Each company has its own balance; other companies cannot view it.

Does every answer use the same credits?

No. Longer or multi-step requests may use more credits. Models can have different credit rates. The final usage rules will be disclosed before paid usage starts.

What happens when credits run out?

The planned prepaid flow pauses new metered work when the available balance is insufficient. Top-ups and spending controls are still being prepared; there are no automatic purchases today.

How do we get started?

Choose a small team and approved questions. Your admin installs Ashoon, connects a trusted source and verifies access. Follow the setup guide.
